My academic interests in Library Science include instructing in information literacy, research, and understanding mobile technologies and how they are used in human rights work.
My passion is undergraduate instruction, providing students with solid research skills and support for their development in academic literacy.
A native of Vancouver, I have worked extensively in the fields of language literacy and information literacy instruction, including teaching in Vancouver, Japan and Mexico. Library experience with specialized collections has included working at the Prado Research Library in Madrid, Spain, the Museum of Anthropology library and University of British Columbia Law library, to my current position at the Dr. Micallef Memorial Library at St. Mark's College.
Exra-curricular activities include languages (French, Spanish), travel, history and latin music and dance.
