The course presents an overview of the Catholic ministry leadership its theories and praxis. It leads the students into a deeper appreciation to the various ministries in the Church. Also, provides an opportunity to revisit and re-examine topics related to leadership and pedagogy including the challenges and best practices in ministry leadership.
